Accomodations are for 2 Adults, no children and no pets/animals allowed.

HIGH SEASON* (1st September - 30th November): 1 week €900.

MID SEASON (1st May - 31st August): 1 week €850.

LOW SEASON* (1st March - 30th April): 1 week €800.

The property is closed in December, January and February each year.

FOR THE MONTHS OF MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER WE REQUIRE 1 WEEK MINIMUM BOOKING.

*A cleaning surcharge of €50 per week is requested.

**A heating surcharge of €60 per week is requested for October, November and March.

FOR THE MONTHS OF MARCH, APRIL and NOVEMBER WE REQUIRE 4 DAYS MINIMUM BOOKING.

A security deposit will be requested upon check-in.

Payment Policy:

We ask for a 20% deposit for reservations made more than 3 weeks before the first day of the rental period. Reservations made less than 3 weeks before the rental period require 100% payment to confirm your booking. Payment options are provided in the Terms and Conditions set out in the Booking Contract that will be forwarded to you.

Booking Form:

Your reservation will be confirmed upon return of the Booking Form that will be sent to you and a deposit or full payment of the rental charge according to the schedule set out in the Booking Contract.

Cancellation Policy:

Your deposit is fully refundable 3 weeks prior to the first date of the rental period. We are not able to offer a refund of your deposit if your reservation is canceled within 3 weeks of the first day of the rental period.
